We are seeking volunteers to assist in the operations of the Nancy Fletcher Food Pantry at Friends For Life. The NFFP is open Monday through Friday from 9-3, during which time we see clients living with HIV/AIDS and provide them with nutritious and delicious food items including fresh produce, dry goods, and meat. They also receive hygiene and toiletry products as part of the distribution.
We are seeking volunteers to help with the following:
- packing, preparing, and helping to get food distributions outside for clients.
- filling food pantry, USDA, and hygiene bags in our basement storage area.
- helping with straightening, organizing, or otherwise cleaning.
- stocking shelves and produce in our downstairs storage area.
