Volunteer to help Lichterman get ready its new Discovery Forest area on Monday, January 16 from 8:30-12:30
Do you like volunteering outdoors, do you think children should learn about the environment and nature, would you like to learn more about Lichterman Nature Center? If you said yes to any of these questions then you should volunteer at Lichterman Nature Center on Monday, January 16 from 8:30-12:30.
Volunteers will be assisting with removing invasive plants, helping to organize donated items, assisting in greenhouse, assisting with trail maintenance, and prepping the Discovery Forest area.
Volunteers must be 15 years and older. This is an outdoor event, so please dress for the weather and for outdoor work. This is a great volunteer opportunity for groups. If you would like to volunteer or if you need more information please contact Janie Best Paraham at
