United Housing, Inc.

United Housing, Inc. (UHI) is a nonprofit housing agency in Memphis, Tennessee and United Way affiliate since its inception in 1994. Since its beginning, UHI has helped over 4,000 individuals buy or save their homes through Homebuyer Education and foreclosure prevention. Providing innovative, affordable housing options to low-to-moderate income families, allows UHI to help revitalize Memphis neighborhoods through the provision of housing production, education and counseling.

United Housing provides quality housing opportunities to Mid-Southerners through financial education, mortgage lending, home building, and creative partnerships. Customers can work one-on-one with a Homebuyer Education provider to keep their home from foreclosure. This service is available in English and Spanish.
