LINC/2-1-1 provides community information and referrals to social services in the United Way of the Mid-South service area.

LINC/2-1-1 provides comprehensive community information and referral services as part of the Memphis Public Library & Information Center's mission to "satisfy the customer's need to know". LINC/2-1-1 connects people who need help or want to give help with current and appropriate information about social services programs and services. LINC/2-1-1 is a comprehensive telephone information and referral system for the Mid-South. Residents of Fayette, Lake, Lauderdale, Obion, Shelby and Tipton counties in TN can simply dial 2-1-1 to access our call center. Residents outside the Tennessee service area can access LINC/2-1-1 services by dialing 901-415-2790 or toll-free 855-354-4211.
