The following programs comprise the agency's services: Adult Day Care: Provides Day Care for frail elderly individuals 60 years and older and younger adults with physical/mental disabilities Senior Center: Provides socialization for individuals ages 60 years and older Bearman-Golden Gardens: Provides subsidized housing for low-income elderly Foster-Care for Children: Provides care for abused and neglected children Early Childhood Development: Services for infants, toddlers & pre-schoolers

"Creating Opportunities for Family Self-Sufficiency" The Adult Day Care Program offers highly structured activities and personal care for frail adults aged 60 years and older. Younger adults with physical, mental and/or emotional handicaps are provided with structured activities to enhance their self-sufficiency and self-esteem.
