Memphis River Parks Partnership, Memphis City Beautiful and Volunteer Memphis will be hosting a beautification project for MLK Days of Service 2020. Volunteers should meet on Monday, January 20th , 8:30AM at 251 Riverside Drive 38103... Beale Street Landing. The project runs from 9AM – 11AM.
You will be painting the rails along the Bluff Walk above Riverside Drive... in the event that temperature is too cold to paint, volunteers will pick up litter along the cobblestone landing and parks along the harbor.
Wear warm-functional clothing and closed toed shoes that you don't mind getting dirty. In an effort to reduce waste, we ask that you bring your own water bottle.
In case of inclement weather (heavy rain or ice) check your email the morning of the project for updates. Thank you.
Parking is available in the Tom Lee Park parking lot on Riverside Drive north of Beale Street Landing.
