National Foundation for Transplants (NFT), is a non-profit organization that desires to eliminate healthcare inefficiencies and inequities that influence socio-economic costs associated with receiving lifesaving organs, tissue, related treatment and supporting care that affect transplant patients and their families.

National Foundation for Transplants (NFT) provides financial assistance to transplant candidates and recipients of all ages when they face major transplant-related costs not covered by insurance. Contributions received by NFT enables us to pay for healthcare treatment, pharmaceutical expenses and other costs essential to a patient's successful transplant and recovery.
