Who We Are

Youth Villages is a private nonprofit organization that helps children with emotional and behavioral problems. We annually serve more than 30,000 children and we are a national leader in the field of children's behavioral health. Our continuum of care includes these programs: Intensive In-home Services, Residential Treatment, Intensive Residential Treatment, Group Homes, Foster Care, Adoption, Specialized Crisis Services, Transitional Living (known as YVLifeSet) and Mentoring.

What We Do

Youth Villages helps children and families live successfully. Youth Villages offers residential treatment with the goal of returning the youth to a safe, permanent family as quickly as possible. Youth Villages strives to serve every child in the least restrictive, most effective treatment setting. Youth Villages' Bartlett Campus is unique in that it offers specialty programs for youth with developmental disabilities and mental health problems, as well as those with problem sexual behaviors. The children are cared for 24-hours-a-day and our goal is to be able to return the children we treat to their families as soon as possible. Our programs are accredited by the Joint Commission (JCAHO), and our open campuses located in natural settings combine a unique balance of structure and freedom. This balance enables children and their families to identify, understand and cope with their individual needs and develop the skills necessary to succeed in a stable, supportive home and family when the residential phase of their treatment is complete.
