Senior Shopping Trip

Plough Towers is a independent living senior highrise located in East Memphis.  Each year for the past 7 years the residents of Plough Towers so anxiously antiscipate United Way Day of Caring.  The most important part of the day is having volunteers to offer their services to transport Plough Towers seniors to various venues throughout Memphis.  In the past some of the activities that have been a big part of United Way Day of Caring here at Plough Towers has been the "day trips' out of the building.  Some residents like to go to various malls throughout the city, some like to shop at various speciality stores, others may just want to have the opportunity to take a friend to lunch outside of the building.  In any case the volunteers have made it happen for the residents of Plougn Towers.  The volunteer main goal is to provide transportation and a little "TLC" during United Way Day of Caring at Plough Towers!!!
